Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tasked with preparing conceptual plans and preliminary drawings of
proposed projects along with their cost estimates. - Preparing tender documents and covering technical specifications,
bill of quantities sufficiency to enable invitation of tenders. - Maintaining a register for material consumption like cement, paints
and preparing a monthly report. - Supervising and coordinating the activities of all the sectional sub
heads. - Preparing abstract cost of work executed in the section at the end
of every month.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering,
or a Higher Technical Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering. - Computer literacy in Auto CAD will be an added advantage.
- Six years of experience in related field.
- Age: 35 years and
above
