Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the efficient implementation of the-HR policy and Procedures
Manual - Support the recruitment and selection processes of the company in
relation to the company‘s recruitment strategy - Support the Performance Management Process of the company
- Support the disciplinary & grievance processes of the company
- Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual HR reporting process
- Administration of Staff communication and Documentation requirements
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor of Human Resource Management,
SWASA or any other related Training. Possession of post graduate Diploma
is an added advantage - At least four to five years of experience running a busy HR office
- Basic understanding of National Legal requirements relating to HR
- Ability to work with very minimum supervision with ability to
resolve people related problems
