Job Summary: The Human Resource Manager will administer the
smooth running of the Company, implement Board policies within the broad
company guidelines as well as to coordinate the management of Human resource of
the Company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tasked with planning for Human Resources (labour demand and supply
forecasts) - Supervise and coordinate all the administrative activities.
- Custodian of all labour related laws, statutes and agreements with a
duty to explain their meaning to employees. - Coordinate Industrial relations and Management relations with the
workers union. - Planning and budgeting for labour benefits and the department.
- Organizing for Trainings and development of the staff.
- Reward Management and motivation of the staff.
- Coordinate performance management in collaboration Heads of
departments. - Developing Programme plans and budgets for departmental activities.
- Counseling and grievance handling.
- Development, analysis and implementation of Polices of the Company in
collaboration with the top management and departmental managers. - Advise the management on policy development and implementation.
- Compile and submit periodic reports on human resources to General
Manager. - Recruitment and placement of the staff.
- Coordinate employees’ welfare related activities.
- Workman’s compensation.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned by the General
Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
Management - Any other additional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a similar position
