Council (FRC) is an International NGO promoting adult education and community
development among refugees and has been active in Uganda since 1997 as an
operational partner to Office of the Prime Minister and United Nations High
Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
- Develop and implement organizations HR
policies and procedures. Update, maintain and orientate staff lo HR
manuals and guidelines at national and field levels. - Manage recruitment and selection
processes. - Design appropriate performance appraisal
systems, support in change management. - Ensure adherence to legal financial
requirements and payments. - Oversee and control office pity cash
flows and cash payments. - Assist in preparing HR budgets for
funding proposals. - Review and oversee the purchase
processes and procurement plans. - Ensure that standards of good practice
in management and administration are in place
- The applicant for the Finnish Refugee
Council (FRC) Human Resource Manager job placement must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in HR Management, Project Administration/Management Business
Administration or similar. Masters’ preferred. - Six years of experiences, of which at
least 2 years on managerial position. - Experience in dealing with donors,
advanced computer skills, knowledge in change management and capacity
building.
