Job Summary: The Human Resource Assistant will provide
general HR routine support to the department to ensure efficient and effective
functions.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC)
International Human Resource Assistant job placement should preferably
hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business
Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field. - Two years of experience in Human Resources and Administration work.
- Computer skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel) and the internet
