Job Summary: The Compliance Officer will ensure that the
business operates in a compliance centric environment by setting and
implementing the procedures in AML and CTF checks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
- Create sound internal controls and monitoring adherence of those
policies - Assessing possible risks and mitigating those risks in with a
technical approach - Collaborate with internal and external auditors
- Set plans to manage a crisis situation or violation of compliance
procedures - Educate and train employees on regulations and industry best
practices - Address employee concerns on questions of compliance matters
- Keep level of internal standards & business goals
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have three years of experience working as a Compliance
Officer - Experience in risk management
- Thorough knowledge of Anti—money laundering, OFT, FATCA, FATF
guidelines etc. - Good exposure of industry practices and professional standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Possess highest integrity and professional ethics
- Any professional certification on compliance would be an added
advantage.
