Committee (ARC) International is an International nonprofit, nonsectarian
organization that provides humanitarian assistance and training to millions of
beneficiaries around the world.
responsible for monitoring the welfare of Un Accompanied Minors (UAMs) /
Separated Children (SC) and other children at risk; provide psychosocial
support (Child Friendly information and Counseling) to UAMS/SC and other
children at risk, and monitor community structures on child protection.
- The ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC)
International Child Protection Officer job placement should preferably
hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Social Sciences, Community
Psychology, Adult and Community Education and Development studies. - Three years of experience in working on Child Protection issues with
an INGO; - Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local population and language is an added
advantage
