3D Services Limited
is a company that offers services for tracking people, vehicles and goods in
transit and they have been in existence since 2007. We are experts in car
tracking, fleet management, fuel monitoring and field staff surveillance. We
offer solutions for motor cycles, cars, van, pickups, light trucks, heavy goods
vehicle, earth moving equipment, agricultural tractors, generators, school
children, corporate employees and lone workers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Recruitment of distributors countrywide
  • Training distributors and their clients
  • Monitor & Evaluating distributor performance
  • Sales Presentations at distributor sites.
  • Billing & Collections from distributors.
  • Stock & Inventory Management
  • Customer Service and After Sales Service.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant for the 3D Services Limited Channels & Distribution Manager job should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least two years of sales experience        
  • Fluency in English and any two local languages
  • Technology Skills:
    MS Office (Advanced), CRM system, Email, WhatsApp, Web +Apps.
  • Safe driver with clean driving license.
  • Love to travel and work with people.
  • Age: Between 28 –
    38 years
  • Upcountry travel
    Ability to drive from town to town according to a distribution plan.
  • Sales Stamina
    Visiting distributors for face to face coaching, sales training &
    performance evaluating.
  • Telephone Skills
    Following up distributors and telemarketing for new prospects.
  • Sales/Marketing Campaigns – Helping distributors in growing their pipeline of prospects.
  • Brochures & Price lists – Supplying & replenishing distributors with marketing
  • Product Knowledge
    – Tech Savvy attitude with the ability to break down and explain 3D
  • Tech Savvy Attitude
    – Ability to quickly grasp ICT systems used in sales staff force
  • Personal Organization – Ability to diarize and manage a sales calendar with minimum
  • Personal Presentation – Clean & tidy sales tools & sales vehicle which portrays a
    positive company image.
  • Personal Attitude –
    An organized, mature and target oriented person with a positive outlook to
    sales work.
