Job Summary: The Agency Supervisor will be responsible for
managing and coordinating the activities of agency sales and distribution staff
as well as engaging with various stakeholders, across different locations, to
execute effective and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will provide
leadership and guidance and hold teams accountable for accomplishing business
goals and objectives by organizing, monitoring and supervising agency staff and
work processes. Strong interpersonal, analysis and numeracy skills are
required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Insurance
or related field. - Five to ten years of professional work experience in a similar role
preferably within the insurance/ hospitality/customer service sectors. - Three to five years of professional work experience in similar role
supervising sales teams/ agents preferably in the insurance sectors. - Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
