organization that provides humanitarian assistance and training to millions of
beneficiaries around the world.
Job Summary:  The Psychosocial Counselor will be responsible
for providing the day-to-day psychological support to the beneficiaries as well
as providing specialized counselling support to SGBV cases and general
information to community.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC)
    International Psychosocial Counselor job placement should preferably hold
    a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Psychology, and/or
    Social Work; and a Certification in Counseling.
  • Three years of working experience in GBV issues in a humanitarian
    setting.
  • Knowledge of the local language and the population is an added
    advantage.
