Job Summary: The Training Officer will be responsible for
recruitment of guards, developing training syllabus, materials and training the
newly selected security guards, assessing their learning and passing out,
assessing the training needs of the existing operational staff, retraining the
existing guards, getting regular feedback from the supervisors / clients
regarding the guard performance to improve the training, preparation of MIS
reports etc.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must be a graduate
- Five year with relevant experience in private security training.
