Financial Inclusion Supervisor will plan, coordinate and implement the
recruitment, training and Performance monitoring of Bank agents in a specific
branch location.
- Drive Agent recruitment, transaction and performance in a specific
branch location. This will include assessment of suitable agents for the
Bank in line with set criteria, standards and procedures. - Identify potential agents in the assigned branch location and
complete the application process - Draw a training program for the assigned agents in a particular
branch location in line with the Bank’s plan. - Conduct regular visits to agents to confirm compliance with the
Internal Bank/ External Regulators’ policies and procedures. - Set targets and circulate them to agents and monitor their
performance. - Carry out first level maintenance of agency banking equipment, eg
Point of Sale and log books and Mobile phone trouble shooting. - Handle first level of customer service to agents and handle customer
complaints arising from agents. - Ensure that agent premises are properly branded and the Centenary
Bank brand is visible at all agent premises. - Handle direct supervision of the Financial Inclusion sales
representatives to ensure they deliver their due targets - Responsible for delivery of set targets in Branch accounts
acquisition
- The ideal candidate for the Centenary Bank Financial Inclusion
Supervisor job placement should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in business
related course e.g. Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences
/Marketing - Four years in a Banking or Lending / Credit position, three of which
should have been in a direct customer interfacing position. - Ability to drive and motivate recruitment of Agents to undertake the
Bank offering - Must be familiar with Banking practices, policies and procedures
- Excellent Marketing and People management skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Good Report writing skills and presentation skills
- Superior/articulate communication abilities, with an outgoing
personality - Experience as a trainer with ability to address and or train teams,
is an added advantage. - Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A team leader with self-drive who can supervise sales teams
- Supervisory exposure in Banking or Telecom industry is an added
advantage
