Job Summary: The Retail
/ Branch Manager will be responsible for driving and delivering exceptional
retail business performance through the provision of efficient business
management, powerful leadership, team development and achievement of service
delivery excellence within the Branch.
/ Branch Manager will be responsible for driving and delivering exceptional
retail business performance through the provision of efficient business
management, powerful leadership, team development and achievement of service
delivery excellence within the Branch.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement business plans and strategies to grow the
business; - Build relationships with existing and target clients to enhance
customer growth and retention; - Monitor Branch premises to ensure high standards are maintained to
project the Bank’s image favorably; - Enforce established policies, processes, procedures and tools in
achieving compliance; productivity and manage risk; - Review sales progress and provide feedback to improve performance
and service; - Provide leadership for Branch staff to create a good working
environment and maximum productivity; and - Support product specialists and the sales team in marketing of group
schemes and other products to local businesses.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or
equivalent; - Proficiency in computer use including MS Office tools and banking
systems; - A maximum of five (5) years banking experience;
- Three (3) years’ experience in banking operations; and
- Two (2) years’ experience in sales or relationship management
experience.
