Job Summary: The
Project Officer-ELMA Project will lead in the planning and implementation of
functional referral and linkage systems between facility and community
structures, as well as provide technical support for effective counselling, GBV
mitigation, and DSDM aimed at increasing identification, linkage and retention
of HIV positive children and adolescents on ART in the Unfinished Business
Project districts of operation
Project Officer-ELMA Project will lead in the planning and implementation of

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Mildmay
Project Officer-ELMA Project job opportunity must hold a Bachelor’s degree
in Counselling/Development Studies/Social Sciences/Community
Psychology/Public Health or other related field. - Certificate/Training in Counselling is
desirable. - Three years’ experience implementing
Community based health programmes; demonstrable experience, knowledge
& skills in Counselling; - Previous experience in Participatory
Community Approaches to community mobilisation and engagement. - He/she must have current knowledge on
HIV prevention, care and treatment.
