This temporary position is for three months with the possibility to
extend to six months by mutual agreement. This position is ideal for someone
who can provide strong support while learning first hand how a growing water and
sanitation non-profit operates.
- Keenly track project
plans, tasks, and regularly check compliance of activities with plans and
TWT policies. - Support managers with
regular reminders of policy and project plans and requirements to support
timely completion and updates. - Provide administrative and
clerical support to senior management team as needed (e.g, taking meeting
minutes, procuring supplies, arranging travel, etc.) - Undertake and support
special projects (such as migration of data to a new platform, evaluating
a new software, creating training materials for staff, etc.) - Provide support in the
preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials
- The applicant for the
Project Assistant job placement should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
degree, master’s degree (in progress or completed) preferred - Excellent technology
proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel - Strong interpersonal
skills and capacity to work across cultures - Excellent self-management
and organizational skills - Clear communicator with
good writing skills - A “no task is too small
nor too big” mentality - Preferably experience with
photo and video editing software, or statistical software - Intellectually curious
