Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Product & Business Trainer will carry out product and
business trainings for new Betin staff and Agents staff and conduct
training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training,
refresher training, etc. - Execute the trainings by following the schedule shared by the line
manager - Assess training needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of company products by researching
required information using available resources and revising material on
product dynamics and product changes. - Refresh regularly his/her knowledge according to the new releases
and add-ons that the company will add from time to time. - Evaluate the competency levels of individual trainees so that they
can work with employees with different knowledge and skill levels. - Evaluate outcomes of the training sessions and maintain records of
the trainee’s progress. - Assess trainees’ understanding and progress, and make any necessary
adjustments to the program. - Report to the line manager and team heads on progress of training
sessions and give recommendations where needed. - Perform any other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to
time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of training techniques and training experience is an added
advantage - Good communication, interpersonal and observation techniques
- Good analytical and planning skills
