Job Summary: The Maintenance Manager will coordinate with
the maintenance worker efforts to make sure employer property like buildings
and grounds are kept up. Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to
take care of issues. Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among
maintenance staff.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise Vehicle Repairs and maintenance Services to be done in
time. - You will be fully in charge of the company’s fleet of vehicles. You
will be in charge of ensuring that for everyone who needs a vehicle – for
use in accordance with the company’s policy – one is provided in time.
Essentially, we can summarize this by stating that you will be the
company’s Transport Manager as part of your role. - Supervise showroom, office and compound security and maintenance.
- Supervise Deliveries to be done in time and ensure acknowledged
delivery notes are received. - Manage office, showroom and compound safety issue.
- Make asset lists and maintain them in proper manner inclusive AC
tools, furniture, and IT equipment and so on. - Tasked with monitoring vehicle driving mileage and vehicle fueling.
- Observe all company safety issues inclusive maintaining fire and
safety equipment
