Job Summary: The Transport and Logistics officer will manage
our field transport operation to maximize efficiency during the peak seasons.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulate a logistics strategy
- Provide advice on logistics management
- Maintain accurate records concerning mileage, fuel consumption, and
drivers - Adequate logistical preparation
- Coordinate logistics operations with partner organizations /
transport services - Manage organizations field fleet arrangements and coordinate all
coffee deliveries - Perform any other duties assigned to him/her
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a diploma in procurement and logistics management/business
studies/ Information technology and agriculture related course from
recognized Academic institutions - Professional or work experience in logistics, fleet management or
distribution - Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong work and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills especially in Microsoft office
- Ability to drive and valid driving license are additional advantage
- Flexibility- person who is happy to put in the extra work during
peak times - Ability to perform under minimal supervision and under pressure
- Age: Between 21
and 35 years
