Job Summary: The Data Management Officer- Unfinished
Business Project (ELMA) will be responsible for ensuring that correct and
accurate data (including extra indicators data) is captured/collected from the
Unfinished Business Project supported Districts/health facilities; properly
stored and reported.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Mildmay Data
Management Officer- Unfinished Business Project (ELMA) job opportunity
must hold a Bachelor of Statistics, Science, Demography, QE, Information
Technology OR Social sciences, Development Studies, Arts with a Postgraduate or
certification training in Statistics, QE, M&E, Information Technology. - One year of experience in Data
Management - Demonstrable knowledge in data quality
assurance practices - Experience in use of data analysis
packages like SPSS, STATA, Epi-Info (including analysis in MS Excel) - Knowledge and experience in pediatric
and adolescent HIV programming - Knowledge in use of Relational Data
Management systems
