Job Summary:
The Community Systems Strengthening Officer will support implementation of the
PEPFAR community strategy and ensure that facility and community based
interventions are synchronized for effective project outcomes. Will provide
oversight for Differentiated Service Delivery Model, gender mainstreaming and
work closely with CBOs and PLHIV networks.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Mildmay
Community Systems Strengthening Officer job opportunity must hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies/Social Sciences/Community
Psychology/Counseling or other related field - Three years of experience in
Community/Public Health Programmes. - Three years’ experience implementing
Community based health programmes - Previous experience in implementing MOH
and PEPFAR Community Health Frameworks; and demonstrable experience with
Participatory Community Approaches
