Legal /Secretary to the Authority
Regulatory Authority of Uganda is mandated to regulate, supervise, monitor and
control the business of Insurance in Uganda.
The Board Administrator will provide administrative support to Director Legal
/Secretary to the Authority in addressing matters of the Board in an effective
and efficient manner.
- Provide legal and administrative support to ensure Board decisions
are implemented. - Attend and assist in recording and submitting minutes and other
pertinent documents for approval. - Assist in ensuring proper scheduling of Board meetings and other
requirements. - Assist in maintaining records and files.
- Assist in Preparing schedules, agendas, minutes and notices for the
Board. - Conduct research to assist with the preparation of policies and
procedures. - Assist in reviewing and editing reports for the Board.
- Assist in preparing correspondence for Board members.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Board Administrator job placement must hold a Bachelor of Law (Honours). - ICSA Qualification
- Five years of pertinent experience.
