Regulatory Authority of Uganda is mandated to regulate, supervise, monitor and
control the business of Insurance in Uganda.
Executive Secretary will provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO’s office in line with CEO’s
directive, IRA’s policies and best practices.
- Perform administrative and secretarial duties associated with the
CEO’s office. - Type documents, perform public relations work in the office and make
appointments for the CEO. - Maintain an efficient document and filing system.
- Prepare drafts, revise, deliver and manage all correspondences to
the CEO’s office. - Undertake and execute all logistical planning of CEO’s meetings,
workshops and retreats. - Direct and ensure smooth flow of visitors to the CEO’s office and
maintain visitors’ registry book. - Arrange for transport, visas and reservations for official visitors
to CEO’s office. - Maintain security and confidentiality of documents.
- Carry out any other duty as may be assigned by the CEO from time to
time.
- The ideal candidate for the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda
Executive Secretary job placement must hold a Bachelor’s (Honors) degree
in Secretarial studies or in any relevant/related field. - Six years of experience in a senior office reporting to the Managing
Director/Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer.
