assets and product utilization through customer acquisition and cross-sell in
line with the set targets.
- Sell, cross sell and deep
sell all the bank’s services and products to the target market to grow the
retail banking portfolios in accordance with the established targets. - Drive and manage retail
products sales, to grow and increase revenues in line with the set
targets. - Identify opportunities for
business growth of bank product sales and within coverage area and propose
framework for profit maximization. - Establish and retain
partnerships and relationships with prospective customers for the
promotion and sales of bank products to enable revenue growth. - Approach prospective
customers and advise them on the appropriate retail products to take as
per their needs in line with the set targets. - Establish an effective
sales call cycle for key customers, partners and contacts in line with
customer service and business goes. - Implement planned product
promotions and activations in order to generate awareness and interest in
the bank’s products and services and grow number of customers. - Guide customers in filling
account opening forms and check to confirm that they are duly completed
and have all the necessary KYC documents attached before presenting to the
Customer service Officers in line with the operations policies and
procedures. - Create and manage
relationships with corporate organizations/employers to increase and
maintain our retail customer base in line with the set targets. - Create and maintain a
clean customer data base in line with the risk and business goals.
