Job Summary: The Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for planning,
developing and implementing the Airtel Uganda
Enterprise Business strategy for delivering on customer additions and
revenue numbers. Ensures maximized revenue growth of all company products and
services within the enterprise business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a robust Enterprise
Business strategy for Airtel Uganda - Drive Enterprise Business performance
against targets and key business parameters - Manage, develop and motivate the
Enterprise team to deliver on the business objectives - Propose, implement and monitor unique
enterprise value propositions and solutions as per individual client needs - Responsible for applying the appropriate
control to ensure quality of service by third party partners - Deploy relevant metrics to routinely
monitor progress against targets and recommend appropriate remedial
actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant should
have Seniority Level experience at the level of Director in the
Telecommunications Banking Financial Services industry
