• In charge of store keeping for repairs
  and maintenance spares for all company stores.
• Providing technical advice and
  resolution on mechanics related executions.
• Routinely manage stock levels and
  observe operations to ensure conformance to sound mechanical conditions
  and safety standards.
• Actively participate in the Preparing
  specifications, requisitions and follow-up procurements of vehicle parts
  and machinery.
• Supervise parts receipt and issue
  following the standard operating procedures for MPL stores.
• Advise the Line manager on stock
  movement for critical and routine spares.
• Supervise stock card update and ensure
  accurate reconciliations with the system at all times.
• Work closely with procurement and user
  department to ensure high quality spares are sourced and delivered.
• Ensure appropriate stores lay out and
  proper product classification in the store.
• Conducting weekly stocks counts and
  generate stock reports.
• Reporting all Stores maintenance issues
  to supervisor

• The ideal candidate for the Movit
  Products Limited (MPL) Stores Supervisor job placement should hold a
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering obtained from a recognized
  university / Institution.
• At least four years’ experience in a
  similar role from busy organization preferably manufacturing.
• Good Analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to accurately ascertain vehicle
  maintenance, service and repair needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Good problem solving and analytical
  skills
