Assistant
Centre (LDC) has a mandate to provide legal education to lawyers and
non-lawyers, undertake research in topical legal issues, contribute to legal
reform, produce legal publications, teaching materials, law reports and also
provide community legal services.
The Office Assistant will provide administrative and office support.
- To carry out routine office support such as photocopying and
delivering correspondences. - The Office Assistant will also ensure that the offices in the
regional centre are clean and tidy. - Open and close offices.
- The Office Assistant will also run office errands
- To perform any other duties assigned by the Administrative
Assistant.
- The applicant for the Office Assistant job must hold a Uganda
Certificate of Education with at least four (4) passes one of which must
be in English. - A minimum of two years of work experience handling similar work in
an institution of higher learning or other reputable institution. - Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Time management
