result of the “Uganda Broadcasting Corporation Act, 2004”, which
merged the operations of Uganda Television (UTV) and Radio Uganda. It started
broadcasting on November 16, 2005.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Uganda
Broadcasting Corporation (UBC) Manager IA & Risk Management job
placement must hold a Degree preferably in B.com, BBA (Accounting) or any
other related field. - Professional Accounting qualification
such as CIA.CERM, ACCA, CPA (U), CPA (K) - Membership to the Institute of Internal
Auditors of Uganda will be an added advantage. - Knowledge of computerized accounting
packages - Five years of auditing/accounting
experience - Five years at managerial level in a
reputable organization. - Highly motivated, innovative and a
committed team player.
