Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The Human Resource Officer will maximize the productivity of an
    organization by optimizing the effectiveness of its employees
  • The incumbent will serve as a link between an organization‘s management
    and its employees
  • The jobholder will plan, direct and coordinate the administrative
    functions of an organization
  • Managing people and develop the workplace culture
  • The incumbent will also manage, create, implement and supervise
    policies/regulations which are mandatory for every employee.
  • Ability to lead and develop HR department
  • Leading the HR organization programs and policies. 
  • Develop HR policies,
    programs and practices
  • Collecting time and attendance Performance management Organizational
  • Documenting grievances, termination, absences, performance reports
    & compensation & benefits information
  • Recruiting, Hiring and Training new employees
  • Screening, Interviewing and placing workers Departmental development
    HRIS Labor law compliance
  • Record keeping
  • Conducting orientations
  • Suggest to management how to strategically manage people as business
  • Suggesting employ training and development strategies
  • Healthy and safety Employee motivation
  • Advise on staffing levels

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Human Resource Officer job placement
    should hold a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Three years of related work experience
