Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Human Resource Officer will maximize the productivity of an
organization by optimizing the effectiveness of its employees - The incumbent will serve as a link between an organization‘s management
and its employees - The jobholder will plan, direct and coordinate the administrative
functions of an organization - Managing people and develop the workplace culture
- The incumbent will also manage, create, implement and supervise
policies/regulations which are mandatory for every employee. - Ability to lead and develop HR department
- Leading the HR organization programs and policies.
- Develop HR policies,
programs and practices - Collecting time and attendance Performance management Organizational
development - Documenting grievances, termination, absences, performance reports
& compensation & benefits information - Recruiting, Hiring and Training new employees
- Screening, Interviewing and placing workers Departmental development
HRIS Labor law compliance - Record keeping
- Conducting orientations
- Suggest to management how to strategically manage people as business
resources - Suggesting employ training and development strategies
- Healthy and safety Employee motivation
- Advise on staffing levels
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Human Resource Officer job placement
should hold a Bachelor’s Degree - Three years of related work experience
