Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Accomplishing
marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting,
orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and
disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring,
appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing
compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

applicant must hold a Degree/Masters in sales and marketing/ Public
relations/tourism from a reputable university

ten years of proven management experience in sales and marketing possessing
