Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on timely gathering of payroll information, monitoring of
labor legislations and ensuring compliance, updating of labor books,
personnel files and employees register. - Collecting and processing employees time sheets, entering data for
all attendance and personnel transactions such as new hires etc. - Actively participate in preparation of the payroll.
- Work closely with the Head of Administration/Compensation and
benefits specialist on implementation of the Human Resource Management
systems. - Prepare and maintain standard and adhoc reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidates for the TOTAL Operations (OPS) Payroll
Administrator job placement should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
a relevant field - Two years of experience in personnel administration and payroll
activities. - Highly proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player, target oriented, flexible with good cultural
understanding.
