Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Follow up on timely gathering of payroll information, monitoring of
    labor legislations and ensuring compliance, updating of labor books,
    personnel files and employees register.
  • Collecting and processing employees time sheets, entering data for
    all attendance and personnel transactions such as new hires etc.
  • Actively participate in preparation of the payroll.
  • Work closely with the Head of Administration/Compensation and
    benefits specialist on implementation of the Human Resource Management
    systems.
  • Prepare and maintain standard and adhoc reports.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidates for the TOTAL Operations (OPS) Payroll
    Administrator job placement should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
    a relevant field
  • Two years of experience in personnel administration and payroll
    activities.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player, target oriented, flexible with good cultural
    understanding.
