Job Summary: The
Electrical Repairs Officer will repair incoming and faulty electrical
components and appliances.
Electrical Repairs Officer will repair incoming and faulty electrical
components and appliances.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Repair: Fix all
incoming products and handle them accordingly - Troubleshooting and Testing: Test all returned systems following standard testing procedures.
- Dispatch: Support
logistics team in the dispatch of repaired and beyond repair components. - Product Development: Provide interventions to the product development team on findings
during the repair process.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the SolarNow Electrical Repairs Officer job
placement should preferably hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical
engineering. - One year of related work experience in the Technical and electronic
appliance repair field. - Highly motivated and passionate about work.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Good team player
- Good people management skills.
- Computer literacy i.e. with knowledge of Word & Excel.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good decision making skills.
