Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Chemist will conduct Microbiological
Analysis - Chemical Analysis
- Physico-Chemical Analysis
- Environment Analysis
- Seed Testing
- External Sampling
- Superintendence
- Inspections
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Chemist must hold a diploma in Science and Technology
(Chemistry, Biochemistry) from Kyambogo University or a BSc in Science and
Technology (Chemistry) from Makerere University - One to two years of experience of
working in a laboratory as chemistry analyst in the private sector - Have some knowledge of ISO 17025, HACCP
and GLP - Good knowledge of chemistry equipment
(GCMS, HPLC, AAS, etc.) - Dynamic and quick to understand
- Hygiene protocols
- Age: Below 30 years
