Job Summary: The Business Development Assistant – Corporate
Sales will be responsible for providing assistance to the Business Development
Department in securing new business in General Insurance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Britam Insurance
Business Development Assistant – Corporate Sales job placement must hold a
Business Degree or equivalent - COP
- Expert experience in the tender process,
Bid preparation - One to two years experience with bias in
Business Development as well. - Demonstrated proficiency in
computer/software packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc. - Knowledge of Britam products
- High degree of integrity,
- Hardworking
- Highly self-motivated
- Excellent communication and negotiation
skills
