Job Title: F&B Manager

K Hotels is known to have East Africa’s most prestigious and well-furnished modern hotel with 48 luxury rooms and exceptional amenities. It is owned by K Holdings Entebbe Limited.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The F&B Manager will be responsible for F&B Team Management
- Tasked with daily reporting on sales and opportunities
- Training F&B teams
- Working with a team of people in a challenging environment
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- At least two years of related work experience. Preference is given to one who held a similar position in one of the leading hospitality groups.
- Experience leading a team is mandatory, preference will be given to those with F&B team management experience. International exposure an added advantage
- The applicant should have experience in a not so popular hotel / hospitality company and made a significant impact
- Previous experience with a recognizable company is mandatory too
- Self drive
- Fast leaner

- Leadership skills
- Training skills
- Basic IT knowledge on operations of POS
- Initiative for innovation
