Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Carry out Microbiological Analysis
  • Chemical Analysis
  • Physico-Chemical Analysis
  • Environment Analysis
  • Seed Testing
  • External Sampling Superintendence
  • Inspections

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The Microbiologist must hold a BSc in
    Food Processing Technology from Kyambogo University or Makerere University
  • One to two years of experience of
    working in a laboratory as microbiology analyst in the private sector
  • Have some knowledge of ISO 17025, HACCP
    and GLP
  • Have some knowledge of microbiology
    equipment (GCMS, HPLC, AAS, etc.)
  • Highly dynamic and quick to understand
  • Age: Below 30 years old
