Job Summary: The
Enterprise Director will be responsible for Planning, developing and
implementing the Enterprise Business strategy for delivering on customer
additions and revenue numbers. Ensures maximized revenue growth of all company
products and services within the enterprise business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Define and execute a robust Enterprise Business strategy for Airtel
    Uganda
  • Drive Enterprise Business performance against targets and key
    business parameters
  • Manage, develop and motivate the Enterprise team to deliver on the
    business objectives
  • Propose, implement and monitor unique enterprise value propositions
    and solutions as per individual client needs
  • Responsible for applying the appropriate control to ensure quality
    of service by third party partners
  • Deploy relevant metrics to routinely monitor progress against
    targets and recommend appropriate remedial actions to ensure targets are
    met or exceeded.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The Airtel Enterprise Director must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any
    business related field and a professional qualification of CIM or related
    course. Master’s in Business Administration is a preferred additional
    qualification
  • At least ten years of selling /commercial experience of experience
    in Telecommunication Products will be added advantage.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Business Segment revenue growth
    opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills with analytical and problem solving
  • Excellent and effective communications skills, both orally and in
    writing
