Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Emergency Services Commander should hold a Bachelors’ degree in
science subjects - Emergency service experience is beneficial.
- Sales and Marketing training/experience is an added advantage
- Certificates attained in that field is an added advantage eg Red
Cross - Good computer knowledge
- Professional and flexible
- Good planning and forecast
- Excellent communication skills
- Team work
- Good decision making
- Ability to work under pressure
- Observant and knowledgeable
