Job Summary: The
Parts Sales Executive will sell spare and replacement parts, and equipment to
customers, repair workshops or parts stores.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determine superseded parts required where applicable.
- Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
- Fill customer orders from stock.
- Prepare sales slips.
- Take inventory of stock
- Guide customers on substitution of parts when identical replacements
are not available - Examine returned parts for defects, and exchange defective parts or
refund money. - Discuss use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of
machines or equipment - Place new parts on display
- Navigate catalogs, or computer displays in order to determine part
numbers and prices.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Parts Sales Executive must hold a Diploma in automotive
engineering or Supplies & stores management. - Three to five years’ experience in a busy automotive
store/warehouse. - Able to navigate online parts catalogue by way of preparing parts
quotations to clients among others. - Be a good communicator with great customer care skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy skills
