result of the “Uganda Broadcasting Corporation Act, 2004”, which
merged the operations of Uganda Television (UTV) and Radio Uganda. It started
broadcasting on November 16, 2005.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Uganda Broadcasting
Corporation (UBC) Content Quality Controller job placement must hold a
Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Quality Control, Public
Administration. Social Sciences or any other related field. - Possession of a Post Graduate Diploma in
Quality Management or any of the above is an added advantage. - Three years’ experience in quality
control management and training in a media industry.
