dealing in Importation & Distribution of Human and Veterinary Medicines,
Agent & Local Technical Representative (LTR) for several manufacturers from
Europe and Middle East. Goodman International Ltd established and started its
operations in 1995.
Job Summary: The
Administrative Assistant will support management in the fulfillment and
Execution of duties to ensure efficient management of the office and effective
liaison with external partners and contacts as delegated. The Administrative
Assistant is expected to operate and perform to the highest professional
standards with considerable Independence, Diversity, Initiative and high level
organizational skills and knowledge of Goodman International Policies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Support the management team in daily
    administrative planning and execution.
  • Handle Travel Arrangements (Including
    Reservations and Itineraries)
  • Convene and or Co-ordinate requests for
    relevant meetings inside and outside Goodman International and support
    management in the planning and preparation of such meetings.
  • Manage Office correspondence with
    individuals and Agencies on behalf of Management.
  • Handle sensitive company information
    with great tact, discretion and judgement
  • The Administrative Assistant will also maintain
    and effective filing system both in soft and hardcopy formats
  • Perform general Secretarial duties
    including but not limited to typing, photocopying, filing, mailing,
    updating the Directory.
  • Manage Office supplies stock and place
    timely orders
  • Prepare regular reports on Expenses and
    office Budgets
  • Maintain a company Calendar and schedule
    Meetings
  • Schedule in-house and External Events
  • Perform any other duties assigned.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The applicant for the Goodman Administrative
    Assistant job placement must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,
    Office and Information Management or International Business.
  • A minimum of three years of proven
    experience in a similar or related position
  • Computer Literate with a good command of
    English both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Age: Below 32 years
Personal Competencies:  The
Administrative Assistant should demonstrate the following Competencies:
  • Able to Administer and Execute
    Administrative Processes and Transactions
  • Able to perform work of confidential
    nature and handle large volumes of work
  • Ability to maintain calm and composure
    even under pressure
  • Focused on results and responds
    positively to feedback
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking
    skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    Applications.
