About Compassion Project:
Full Gospel Churches
of Uganda is working in partnership with Compassion International in the
Ministry of Nurturing Poor Children, and releasing them from poverty in Jesus
name for projects in Rukungiri districts.

name for projects in Rukungiri districts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- A constant witness of Jesus Christ to
children, parents and communities. - Make and maintain records of children
assisted. - Participate in planning, budgeting,
implementation, monitoring and evaluation of children’s programs. - Make monthly reports to the project
management. - Handle all the project health related programs.
- Perform any other duties that may be
assigned by the Project Director.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a Degree
holder in any related field. - Past exposure and experience in child
development, a course in counselling or child development is also an added
advantage. - Be a born again Christian
- Possess the ability to work under
minimum supervision and beyond working hours. - Ability to work under a local church
administration. - Age: Between 22-35 years.
