Responsibilities:
- Should manage a team of 5 employees
- Plan all technical aspects of the
programme and projects, - Ensure every effort is undertaken to align
the design with construction teams, providing them with assistance to
deliver the project in line with the Industrialized Construction - Provide guidance to less experienced team
members – assist with the mentoring and development of staff to reach
their maximum potential - Keep track of all scope changes and ensure
that the change control process and technical query process are adhered to
and communicated fully on all projects - Work with
to monitor and report on the technical teams progress on all
required deliverables and advise any deviation from schedule or budget
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering, Mechanical engineering or a related field - Four to five years of experience in a
similar role. - Wide experience and knowledge on this
domain. - ‘Working” person – should be able to do
all various jobs by himself. - A person that can think and solve
technical problems by himself at site. - Self-motivation and energetic person
- Experienced with construction activities
i.e. construction, concrete, blocks, pillars, metal works, welding,
carpentry work and electrical works - Must be a fast Learner
