Job Summary: The Project
Manager will support an International Engineering Company specializing in roads
and water. The candidate should have international experience.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- To be the primary contact for the client
- By delegation, take responsibility for
commitments vis-à-vis the client including service orders, consents,
instructions following the quality plan and technical requirements of the
contract - Prepare and define with the Country Manager
the implementation strategy - Manage the budget and define the resources
to be allocated to the construction site and approve the construction
procedures - Finalize the optimization phase and
completion of construction - Define and follow the implementation
schedule of the site - Daily management of the site and ensure
compliance with set objectives (planning, quality assurance plan, HSE
plan, Environmental plan …) - Validate the quality assurance plan, HSE
plan, Environmental plan - Manage the construction and ensure to the
respect of construction specifications - Manage the relationship with the client or
the foreman - Collaborate with the project management
office - Prepare technical monthly reports on
construction management - Recruit site staff
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The Project Manager should hold a Degree
in civil or Structural engineering. Master’s degree or equivalent. - The applicant should have handled MAJOR
public infrastructure projects such as Stadia, Airports, Water Systems,
Roads, Hydraulics Etc. - International exposure in the construction
industry. - FIDIC or PREMEVERA or Equivalent.
- Should be a repatriate
- Knowledge of HSE (Lead)
- Knowledge of construction procedures
(Lead) - Knowledge of norms and regulations
(Senior) - Budget management (Lead)
- Construction management (Lead)
- Communication (Senior)
- Management of equipment (Senior)
