(SMACK) is a boys-only boarding middle and high school in Wakiso District in
the Central Region of Uganda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To
maintain up to date library users book indices. - To
offer quick identification of reading materials and books to users. - To
put book indices on all books and reading
materials in the Library. - To
receive in coming books and keep a
proper record of them. - To
look for books on the shelves and avail them to users. - To
arrange books onthe shelves in a systematic manner. - To
check Library users moving out of the Library to ensure that no reading
materials are lost. - Keeps
a record of all outgoing and incoming books and notifies users whose
period has expired to bring them back.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant must hold a certificate in Library and Information Science. - Information
and Technology skill - Good
Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Computer
Literacy skills, Interpretation skills - Public
relations skills - Safety
and Precautionary measures - Support
for Special Needs students.
