Responsibilities:
- Together with supervisors and managers,
frequently / annually identify all employees training needs and recommend
appropriate trainings - Develop an annual training
calendar/planner to guide the annual Group training programs and ensure to
conduct all the trainings - Conduct and analyze bi-annual and annual
skills matrix and develop action plans for the same - Review training guidelines/policies and
address internal and external audit concerns - Profile trainers databank and solicit
trainers for various training programs internally and externally - Conduct post training impact assessments
and develop action plans accordingly. - Oversee succession planning and talent
development programs of the Group - Enhance internal trainers skills for
various programs through training and development - Motivate staff through training and
development - Manage the annual graduate trainees
programs for the Group accordingly - Perform any other duties given by your
supervisor
- The applicant for the Human Resource
Advisor Training and Development job placement must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology; Business
Administration, Social Sciences, Social Work and Social Administration and
other related disciplines - A post graduate diploma or Masters in
Human Resource Management is a MUST - At least two years of working experience
in a similar role in a large Manufacturing Company - Knowledge of existing labour laws and
attitudinal/employee engagement survey - Knowledge of all Human Resource cycle
functions - Excellent skills in professionalism, team
work / interpersonal, communication, problem solving , counseling,
decision making, positive attitude, self-driven, flexible, fast, result
focused, creative and innovative skills, willing to work for long hours,
under pressure and with minimum supervision.
