Job Summary: The Production
Accountant will support the Production teams and accounts in the daily
operation.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- In charge of production units- Bakery, Ice
cream, potato production, roastery - Reconciliation of Intercompany Accounts
(Java/PY – JCT/JHC) - Daily system production and transfer to
the branches - Management of PY transfers and booking of
the GRNs on a timely basis - Monitoring of production unit prices and
advising the branches in case of any changes. - Daily reconciliation of production unit
transfers to branches. - Assist the commissary accountant with
receiving/ controlling invoices.
Other Duties:
- Management and timely filing of monthly
statuary NSSF, PAYE, WHT, VAT - Bank reconciliation – All banks
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant must hold CPA level 2,
Bachelors in Accounts and Finance - Two years of experience
- Knowledge of MC and SUN system
- Understand process of transferring of
invoices - Good management and coordination skills
and experience - Leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be of high integrity.
