About Compassion Project:
West Ankole Diocese is working
in partnership with Compassion International in the Ministry of Nurturing Poor
Children, and releasing them from poverty in Jesus name for projects at Kigarama
C.O.U.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve
as a consistent witness for Jesus Christ like attitude in dealing with
children. - Serve
as advocate for children and caregivers. - Plan
and Coordinate healthy screening for project children - Coordinate
medical care and distribute provisions of identified beneficiaries - Make
monthly reports in the state of children’s health - Work
closely with the church in the development of the care ministry - Plan
and coordinate health related training, information, education and
communication to the project management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
jobholder should preferably hold a diploma in nursing, primary health
care, community health, clinical medicine, education and social work
administration - The
applicant must be a mature born again Christian that demonstrates
involvement in church Ministry - Computer
literacy skills - Excellent
interpersonal skills - Good
steward of high integrity with ability to design a stimulating environment
for children - Experience
and current knowledge on HIV/AIDS intervention child protection and formal
training in the counseling and child development will be an added
advantage - Age: 22-40 years
