Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
The Health M&E Intern will
be responsible but not limited to the following:
  • Guides the CP in documentation and monitoring
    for quality outcomes.
  • Works together with the NPM health to compile the quarterly programme reports.
  • Responsible for updating the health indicators
    under the direct supervision of the MER manager.
  • Represents Plan International Uganda in the
    technical working group meetings.
  • Responsible for standardising data management tools for health according to new
    projects
  • Spearheads SPAD evaluations.
  • Work together with Programme Managers, Project
    Coordinators, Project Facilitators, Community Development Facilitators and
    M&E coordinators of particular projects to come up
  • with
    most significant stories of different health projects and compiling of
    short skits from the different health projects.
  • Supports the evaluations of health projects
    under the supervision of the research and learning coordinator.
  • Responsible for updating M&E framework for health
  • Coordinates the health review meetings and
    produces reports.
  • Works with NPM health and M&E coordinator to
    organise management responses.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    ideal candidates for the Plan International Health M&E Graduate Intern
    job must be fresh graduates / students from reputable universities /
    institutions
  • They
    should have completed and graduated in the last 18 months
  • Willingness
    to commit to the internship for an entire year
  • Good
    character, creativity, honesty, positive attitude and ability to learn
