Job Title:        Trainer

Duty Station: Eastern Region, Uganda
About US:
Carlcare Service Limited was established in Hong Kong in 2009 with an
aim to provide professional service support to mobile phones and other
electronic consumer products, and over the years has become a leading service
brand for consumer electronics in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Currently, Carlcare is providing full service support for TECNO, Infinix and Itel,
three worldwide famous mobile phone brands.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Identify individual
    and organizational training needs through job analysis and performance of
    the staff.
  • The jobholder will
    design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs
  • Amend and revise
    programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the
    work environment
  • Actively participate
    in product development projects and facilitate product education for all
    staff
  • Develop effective
    induction programs and regularly conduct refresher training
  • The jobholder will
    also manage the delivery of training and development programs
  • Keenly monitor and
    review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions
    with managers
  • Organize training venues
    and logistics as required to achieve efficient training attendance and
    delivery. 



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant for the Carlcare
    Trainer job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or
    technical course
  • At least two years of
    training experience particularly handling training.
