Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify individual
and organizational training needs through job analysis and performance of
the staff. - The jobholder will
design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs - Amend and revise
programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the
work environment - Actively participate
in product development projects and facilitate product education for all
staff - Develop effective
induction programs and regularly conduct refresher training - The jobholder will
also manage the delivery of training and development programs - Keenly monitor and
review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions
with managers - Organize training venues
and logistics as required to achieve efficient training attendance and
delivery.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Carlcare
Trainer job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or
technical course - At least two years of
training experience particularly handling training.
