Job Summary: The driver will provide secure and timely
driving services to the organisation by transporting staff and/or goods in an
efficient manner according to SAO policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide
transportation for employees of and
visitors as authorized - Follow
up the driver planning and scheduling register transportation - Deliver
payment transfers to the bank and/or the suppliers - Distribute
mail as needed, both incoming and outgoing - Facilitate
airport pickups for visitors and transportation during official visits - Vehicle
maintenance management - Schedule
annual vehicle examination for vehicle - Determine
when and what kind of maintenance the vehicle needs, keep track of general
maintenance schedules, especially car tyre condition - Ensure
sound running of the vehicle assigned and arrange minor repairs where
necessary - Update
monthly mileage records - Maintain
log book of vehicle on daily basis.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant must hold a UCE qualification - Five
years of experience of driving with a valid driving license. - Desired
is a qualification in mechanics and multi class of driving license - A
Sense of Responsibility: should have a good sense of responsibility and
adhere to safety requirements when driving,. - Alertnes: must be alert at all times and able to
be responsive to the road and driving conditions. - An
Impeccable Driving Record: must
have an excellent driving record
